Police Department Established in Shusha
Baku / 12.11.20 / Turan: A local police department has been created in Shusha, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan reports. According to the same source, a commandant's office will soon be created here.
On October 29, Ilham Aliyev signed a decree "On the organization of temporary special administration in the territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan liberated from occupation." According to the decree, temporary commandant's offices are created in the territories liberated from the occupation, exercising special control over each region.
Temporary commandant's offices have been instructed to organize, in the territories in which they operate, the protection of objects of importance, including objects of transport and telecommunications infrastructure, energy and water supply systems, reservoirs, etc. -02D-
