Patrushev and Aliyev discussed international security
Baku/10.10.23/Turan: Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Nikolai Patrushev held 10 negotiations in Baku on Tuesday with President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev. They also discussed strengthening international security, the press service of the Russian Security Council reported.
“A wide range of issues of Russian-Azerbaijani cooperation were discussed. Emphasis was placed on ensuring and strengthening regional and international security and stability,” the message says.
In turn, the press service of the head of Azerbaijan reported that Aliyev and Patrushev discussed global and regional issues, cooperation within international organizations.
In particular, Aliyev noted the importance of resolving regional issues within the framework of the 3+3 formula with the participation of countries in the region and holding meetings at the appropriate level.
The meeting also included an exchange of views on the development of the North-South transport project with the participation of Russia, Azerbaijan and Iran. -0-
