Bayramov and Lavrov discussed the situation in the region
Baku/27.09.23/Turan: On Wednesday, a telephone conversation took place between the foreign ministers of Azerbaijan and the Russian Federation, Jeyhun Bayramov and Sergei Lavrov.
According to the website of the Russian Foreign Ministry, the situation in Karabakh was discussed, including issues of providing humanitarian assistance, ensuring the rights and security of the local Armenian population.
Ways to implement a set of trilateral agreements at the highest level for 2020-2022 regarding the development of a peace treaty between Baku and Yerevan, the delimitation of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, and the unblocking of transport communications were considered.
A number of topics on the bilateral and regional agenda will also be touched upon.

He believes that these activities provoked the authorities' anger towards the journalists.
