Azerbaijani photojournalist - among the top 30 according to Freedom House
The work of the photographer of Azerbaijan’s Turan news agency reporter Aziz Karimov has been included in the 30 best pictures of the year in the competition conducted by the international human rights organization Freedom House.
The competition was attended by more than 200 photographers from 20 countries. One hundred works have been selected for review by the jury. Out of these, 30 were in the finals.
The 1-3 places were the works of photographers from Bahrain, South Sudan and Russia.
All the 30 final works are displayed on the site Freedom House.
