The Ministry of Agriculture presented the Presidential Administration of the country a development strategy for agriculture. The document was developed by agencies pursuant to presidential decree "On additional measures in the field of agriculture and improve the food market" of 16 January this year.
The strategy defines the basic principles of agricultural policy, the strategic objectives of agricultural development and its priorities.
The Ministry of Agriculture was ordered to prepare proposals for the development of cooperation in agriculture, as well as to improve the structure of the agency in three months. - 08D-

Food, beverages, and tobacco accounted for 34.1 billion manats, while non-food products contributed 28.1 billion manats to the total.
