An electronic registration system of individual labor contracts
Baku/05.02.14/Turan : Henceforth, the employment relationship will be created from the moment of signing an employment contract , and after notice of registration of the employment contract and inform the employer . Appropriate changes to the Labour Code came into force on February 3 according to presidential decree .
According to the decree, the Cabinet of Ministers within one month will ensure that the regulatory framework for the implementation of the planned tasks for creating an electronic registration system of individual employment contracts. In this case before the 1st of July this year all available information on the employment contract will be included in the system.
Concept of successful employment contract includes not only the registration of the employment contract with the Ministry of Labor and Social Security , but to amend it and its termination .
Access to the electronic system of labor contracts will be the Ministry of Taxes. Besides the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare will exchange information in real time and with the Ministry of Justice and the State Social Protection Fund .
According to other changes in the Labour Code , the range of information to be deposited into an employment agreement , which aims to eliminate illegal employment .
Also made ??to the Tax Code , according to which , in the case of attraction to work desktop , bypassing the above requirements , the employer is involved in financial responsibility in the amount of AZN 1,000 .
According to the State Statistics Committee, the number of employed persons in Azerbaijan at the beginning of 2014 was more than 1,505 thousand people.
In 2012-2013, the Ministry of Taxes and the State Labor Inspection Service under the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare revealed about 200 thousand cases of illegal employment . - 08D-
