April 22 Baki Sigorta to report to shareholders
The insurance company Baki Sigorta preparing for the general meeting of shareholders.
According to the financial structure, April 22 at the head office will be heard annual report on financial performance in the past year , the auditor's report thereon , will also approved the budget for 2014 .
The insurance company started operating at the beginning of February 1994. In 2004 it was granted a license for a period of 5 years. In 2009 the company received a license to a perpetual activity.
The authorized capital is 6 million 523.84 thousand manats.
The major shareholder (90%) and the founder of Baki Sigorta is Bank Respublika. In addition to asset management companies have access to two individuals ( 10%).
The Company operates 24 voluntary and 4 compulsory types of insurance . - 17D-

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
