Azer-Turk Banki put half of the last issue of shares
BAKU/25.10.13/TURAN : Shares of Azer-Turk Banki for a total of 602.21 thsd manat posted on Thursday at the Baku Stock Exchange.
Issue of 1,204,410 ordinary registered non-documentary shares of 1 manat was registered by the end of last month. According to the exchange , all shares were sold in two transactions (two investors ) . Underwriting was provided by Chelsea Capital.
So far they've placed 50% (602,205 AZN ) of the announced issue. According to the legislation issue is held in the case of placing her half .
Paid-in share capital of the bank , thus , reached 12.845 million manat. The shareholders are Turkish Bank TCZiraat Bank A.S. ( 46.00 % ), the stock credit organization Agrarkredit ( 46.00 %) , the bank Ziraat Bank International AG (4,00%) and Turanbank (4,00%). - 15B -
