Azerbaijan exported oil at average price of $57.00 per barrel
From January to September 2015 Azerbaijani oil export totaled 24,943,952 tons, down 1.9% against the same period in 2014.
According to the meters of the Azerbaijan State Customs Committee, the following volumes have been exported during this period:
- 20,334,832 tons via the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan oil pipeline (of which 1,547,386 tons of gas condensate from the Shah Deniz field);
- 3,174,573 tons via the Baku-Supsa oil pipeline;
- 1,017,004 tons via the Baku-Novorossiysk oil pipeline;
- 417,543 tons to the Georgian ports by railway.
According to the Committee, 16,116,881 tons of oil to the amount of $6,814,606 has been exported on the basis of customs declarations. Since early year average export price of Azerbaijani oil was $422.82 per 1 ton or $57.14 per barrel.
According to the Committee, from January to September 2015 export of oil products from Azerbaijan totaled 1,628,006 tons to the amount of $576,623,016.

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.

Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov met today with Ahmed Moallim Figi, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Somalia, at the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry. This meeting followed a discussion held the previous day between Figi and Azerbaijan’s Economy Minister Mikail Jabbarov.
