Azerbaijan Officially Receives Pavilion at Exhibition of Economic Achievements
Pavilion №14, Computer Science and Informatics, at the Exhibition of Economic Achievements has been officially handed over to Azerbaijan to create an exhibition and shopping center, according to the Russian press (http://news.bcm.ru/russia/2016/8/17 / 721445/1).
The corresponding document was signed by the Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Head of the Federal Agency for State Property Management Dmitry Pristanskov and the head of the Moscow city property department Vladimir Efimov. The pavilion is leased for 50 years with a symbolic payment of 1 ruble per year. Azerbaijan has also received a plot of land for building. The area of ??the premises of the pavilion is about 1,967 sq. m.
Overhaul of the premises, repair and restoration, facility operation and maintenance of the land, as well as all kinds of repairs and maintenance of the utilities located within the operational boundaries of responsibility will be carried out by the Azerbaijani side at its own expense from the date of transfer of the object and the land in accordance with the leases.
The pavilion was actually in charge of the republic during the Soviet era and was called Azerbaijan SSR. The historic facade of the building was renovated in 2014. The pavilion hosts various exhibitions and events. --17D-
