Azerbaijani Customs Officers Discussed Cooperation with Israeli Counterparts
Issues of interaction and exchange of experience, as well as the deepening of cooperation were discussed in the course of the September 9 Baku meeting of the chairman of the State Customs Committee Aydin Aliyev, deputy director of the Customs Directorate Israeli border customs checkpoints Abraham Haddad. The meeting was attended by three experts on the Israeli side .
In 2012, the parties signed an agreement on mutual assistance in customs affairs. Aydin Aliyev said that the document gave a "boost to communication and integration" between customs agencies of the two countries.
