The comprehensive agenda of the forum encompasses panel sessions covering diverse facets of collaboration, including investment, trade, agriculture, defense industry, green energy, and wellness tourism. In tandem, exclusive business-to-business (B2B) meetings have been scheduled to foster closer ties and promote meaningful exchanges among entrepreneurs.

Leading up to the main event, the Turkish Small and Medium-Sized Business Development Agency (KOBIA), in partnership with the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Public Council, orchestrated public hearings themed "Cooperation with Turkish Business Associations." This strategic initiative aimed to explore fresh prospects for collaboration between Azerbaijani and Turkish entrepreneurs, with a focus on the role of joint ventures.

Public hearings centered on expanding cooperation between Turkish businesses and local small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), delving into joint initiatives, projects, and activities. Orhan Mammadov, Chairman of the Management Board of the Agency for the Development of Small and Medium-sized Businesses (KOBIA), underscored Turkey's substantial investments in Azerbaijan, totaling $15.2 billion over the past three decades. Notably, $11.7 billion has been invested in the oil and gas sector, with an additional $3.5 billion in the non-oil and gas sector, emphasizing the pivotal role played by Turkish companies in the reconstruction of Azerbaijan's liberated territories.
