Bakcell to Show Azerbaijan from Bird"s Eye
The first local mobile operator and provider of mobile Internet, Bakcell presented to the public a book "Azerbaijan from a bird's eye." This is a unique collection of photographs taken from the air. Works will give you the opportunity to rediscover Azerbaijan and a whole new perspective on the diverse and beautiful nature of the country.
The project was implemented by ArtGroup Istanbul and the famous Albanian photographer Alket Islami supported by Bakcell.

The photography took place in July 2012. 102 unique photographs were selected by Bakcell and collected in the book "Azerbaijan from a bird's eye."
"I always dreamed of a project outside Albania, and when I had the opportunity to work on this wonderful project in Azerbaijan, I happily agreed. The first step after receiving the invitation, I opened the program Google Earth and started to prepare! Even before I arrived, I knew that the photographs are obtained simply outstanding, and even during the shooting from the air realized to what extent are obtained with beautiful photographs of the diverse and beautiful country," said Alket Islami.
At the presentation ceremony of the book "Azerbaijan from a bird's eye" was organized auction for 6 selected photos in which collected more than four thousand manats. Bakcell will double that amount and allocate it to charity projects in the framework of its corporate social responsibility program "Bakcell Stars". - 17D-

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
