Baku tea-packing factory for sale at a nominal price
The State Committee for Property Affairs once again put on an investment tender 93.96% of the shares of Baki Caycekici (tea-packing mill).
This time, however, it follows from the text of competitive ads, to this enterprise, occupying 3.92 hectares, somehow, without explanation, had been moved from the center of Baku to the remote Bakikhanov settlement.
Baku tea-packing factory was put into operation in 1966 and was located until recently in the Nasimi district at 24 Safaraliyev Street. Now it turned out that the company is in Sabunchu district (Bakikhanov settlement, 21 S. Gojayev Street). Maybe someone wanted the wide area for businesses, so high-rise buildings are built around.
The head of the press service of the State Property Committee Gulu Khalilov said he would find out the cause of what is happening. As for the competition, the State Committee requires investors not to change the profile of the company. To achieve high-quality tea products the investors are required to provide appropriate investment program. In addition, applicants should submit a proposal for the transfer to the state budget of at least 150,000 manat.
Applications and proposals for participation in the competition are accepted until September 4.
The authorized capital of Baki Caycekici is 171,740 manat. For investment competition there are 80,680 shares. The factory employs 14 people. On June 1 of this year, the company had liabilities amounting to 169,200 manat.
Members of the personnel of the factory own 6.04% of its shares. - 08B-
