The OJSC Bank of Baku is to issue bonds in the amount of $ 12 million.
According to the State Committee for Securities, it has registered the issue prospectus of the bank's securities, the nominal value of each of them (12,000) being $ 1 000. The registration number of the prospectus is AZ2009005367.
The Bank of Baku has been operating since 1994. Last year's net profit of the bank was 46.391 million manat .
The shareholders are NAB Holding (40 %), Azpetrol (28.89%), Rafik Aliyev (11.22%), Elchin Isayev (10%) and LLC Azinvest (9.89%). -17D-
