JSC Bank Silk Way increases share capital by 3,396,150 manat or 3.6% to 97,129,890 manats.
Capitalization will be carried out by increasing the par value of 679 230 ordinary registered non-documentary shares from 138 to 143 manat.
As the press service of the State Securities Committee said, the relevant prospectus of the conversion of Bank Silk Way passed the state registration on Monday.
