Qafqaz Lizinq Issued Bonds for AZN 1.5 Million
State Committee for Securities registered the issue prospectus of unsecured interest-bearing book-entry registered bonds of Qafqaz Lizinq for a total of 1.5 million manat.
According to the report of the State Committee, the offering of securities will be held by means of private offering.
Last time in June last year, state registration regarded the issue of unsecured, interest-bearing book-entry registered bonds of the total amount of 600,000 manat.
Qafqaz Lizinq Company has operated in the leasing market since 2007. The main shareholder is Nab Group of Companies (99 % equity). - 15B-
