"Bank Standard" violates the rights of depositors
JSC "Bank Standard" violates the right of depositors to get full deposit, reported the head of the company "depressant" Akram Hasanov. According to Hasanov, depositors of the bank appeal to him, and state that the bank lets them getting their contributions in full. At the same time, they are given the opportunity to choose one of two options: a) returns 20% of the deposit amount, the remaining amount is returned after the expiration of the new long-term contract with the depositor; b) the contribution is returned within a few years on a monthly parts.
According to the Banking Law, the contribution shall be subject to a full refund on the expiration of not more than 5 days after the treatment in the currency in which it was embedded in the bank.
The JSC "Bank Standard" has not commented on the message yet. Recently, the Chamber of supervision over financial markets indicated that recovery of the JSC "Bank Standard" continues, and it acts in a natural way. 08D

Data on Azerbaijan's oil exports for January-October 2024 reveals a significant drop in both volume and value compared to the same period last year, highlighting the challenges facing the oil-dependent economy.
