BSE launched additional shares of AXA MBASK
Insurance company AXA MBASK start placing an additional issue in the amount of AZN 2,001,680.
According to the website of BSE process began yesterday, December 26.
As told Turan in the company, capital increase will be possible thanks to the additional issue of 5,240 shares at 382 manats each.
After amplification, the authorized capital of one of the oldest participants in the financial market will be 8.73 million manat. Underwriter of the offering is Uni Capital.
Open Joint Stock Company AXA MBASK has been operating in the insurance market since 1992 and provides services to 25 voluntary and 4 compulsory insurance types.
Recall that in October last year, the insurance company changed the main shareholder.
Controlling interest (51%) was acquired by AXA Group (France) through its subsidiary AXA Sequros Generales, SA, De Sequros Y Reasequros (Spain).
December 7, 2010 the license of MBASK was updated at AXA MBASK in connection with the change of the company's name.
The paid-up share capital of the company now stands at 6.73 million manat.
