Cadets of military schools are exempted from penalties under the Ministry of Communications
The categories of persons to whom will not apply administrative penalties under the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies has been expanded. Now, in addition to those who are on active duty, joined by cadets of military educational institutions of special purpose. According to the Ministry changed the rules on the application of administrative penalties for violations to facilitate their payment - it will be done within the framework of «ASAN odeniş». Offenders will be notified, in particular by means of mobile phones, and the information will be placed in their individual "electronic office", as well as in the files of «ASAN odeniş». --17D-
