Cadets of military schools are exempted from penalties under the Ministry of Communications
The categories of persons to whom will not apply administrative penalties under the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies has been expanded. According to the Ministry changed the rules on the application of administrative penalties for violations to facilitate their payment - it will be done within the framework of «ASAN odeniş».
