CBA List of Undesirable People Added
The list of undesirable persons of the Central Bank of AR has been added. According to the information of the CBA Financial Monitoring Service under the international sanctions has fallen a native of Afghanistan Torek Yeah, accused of having links with terrorist organizations.
According to official data, the Aga is a key commander of the Military Council of the Taliban, closely involved in the collection of funds from donors in the Gulf region. Adding to the list of CBA corresponds to the updated list of the Sanctions Committee of the UN Security Council on individuals and entities with frozen assets, which introduced a travel ban and an arms embargo.
The list is compiled since 1999, based on UN Security Council Resolution №1267 of the freezing of funds the organization Al Qaeda and the movement Taliban. In 2015, the list is updated 30 times.
CBA Financial Monitoring Service has operated from 23 February 2009, and its activities cover all financial institutions as well as non-governmental and religious organizations, organizers of lotteries, realtors and brokers, lawyers and auditors. --17D-
