Children of FINCA Azerbaijan Customers Become Its Fellows
The non-bank credit organization FINCA Azerbaijan November 4 announced the results of a program of student scholarships for the 2014/2015 academic year.
Under the terms of the selection students were selected from among their parents - customers of this credit institution that actively borrow up to 800 manat. An important condition for the selection was that the nominees who receive the highest entrance balls in college, must be from low-income families. Total scholarships were awarded to 25 students, who come from regions of the country. They are for one reptile will get from FINCA Azerbaijan personal stipend of 100 manat.
The student scholarship program Conver Knowledge into Capital has been implemented since 2013 within the framework of corporate social responsibility.
FINCA Azerbaijan is a subsidiary of FINCA Microfinance Cöperatief UA (Netherlands). It has 65 branches across the country and serves more than 150,000 active customers. At the beginning of 2014 the volume of loans given to customers exceeded 160 million manat. --08B--
