Construction of Social Housing Allocated 11.6 Hectares of Land
The Cabinet decision transferred 11.6 hectares of land to LLC MIDA under the State Housing Agency in the Yasamal district of Baku. The area is located along the Outer Ring Road Baku. The first social apartments in Azerbaijan will be built here. This is reported by the media.
The selected zone has 5 hectares of green area. It is planned to construct a building in which there will be about 2,000 apartments. The residential area will also have social infrastructure.
On conducting the tender procedure for the contractor there is no report.

The Caspian International Investment Company JSC ended 2023 with a net loss of 557,000 manats, a significant improvement compared to the previous year, when losses were four times higher.
