Corporate Solutions to Modernize Capital Market in Azerbaijan
British company Corporate Solutions proceeded to the active implementation of the project "Modernization of the Capital Market", being a consultant to the State Committee for Securities. Yesterday the representatives of these institutions met and expressed confidence in the role of the project feasible in the "development of the securities market and the formation of a high rate of effective infrastructure market."
The press service of the State Committee for Securities said that the Deputy Chairman of the Committee Ilgar Muradov received the head of Corporate Solutions Cayvan Adami. Despite the fact that the company Corporate Solutions was selected among many applicants to provide consulting services, SCS has failed to disclose information about the cost of the contract between the parties.
Note that the total cost of the project "Modernization of the Capital Market" is $ 15.8 million, of which the World Bank funds $12 million. Prior to that, the company Corporate Solutions worked with the Ministries of Finance and Transport, Baku International Sea Trade Port and other government agencies. - 08B-
