DemirBank recognized as the Best Bank in 2012 to introduce new products
OJSC DemirBank was awarded the international prize in the nomination "The creation and introduction of new products" under the "Best Bank in GUAM - 2012."
The founders of the competition are the GUAM (Georgia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, and Moldova) and the magazine "Banker". Award Ceremony was held in Kiev, the Ukrainian capital, in a ceremony with the participation of representatives of the government and the Central Bank of Ukraine, as well as the embassies of these countries.

The first commercial bank in the country DemirBank started its operations in 1989. Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
