Eldar Garibov Buys Part of Shares from Omni Finance
The share of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Unibank OJSC Eldar Garibov has grown. Now his share in the bank’s authorized capital has increased from 54.78 to 56.91% (+ 2.13%).
As stated in the press release, Garibov’s share increased through the purchase of the stake of Omni Finance Company, which sold its share.
From today, the share capital of Unibank is as follows: Eldar Garibov - 56.91%, Zemfira Jafarova - 4.41%, minority shareholders - 2.1457%, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development - 12.15%, and Investment Corporation DEG (Germany) - 6.68%.
JSC Unibank was created in October 2002. In the company's authorized capital 66.21% belongs to individuals, and 33.79% - to legal entities. --17D-

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
