Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of JSC Ateshgah to Take Place on March 16
The final terms of the extraordinary meeting of shareholders of OJSC Ateshgah have become known. Previously they talked about holding it in February, but now it is a certain date - March 16 at 11:00 in the administrative building of the company (Baku, Narimanov district, Avenue N.Yusifbeyli, 75B).
There will be changes in the Charter, and an independent auditor and audit committee members will be elected.
OJSC Ateshgah with a registered capital of 5,008,500 manats has been acting since 1996. Its shareholders are several legal entities. According to the Ministry of Finance, last year they collected 43 million 454.04 thousand manats with payments of 15 million 918.35 thousand manats. --17D-
