Fazil Mustafa said: "The state creates unnecessary problems for themselves"
Turning to small and medium-sized businesses from a position of strength, the state itself creates unnecessary problems - said at today's meeting of the Milli Mejlis Chairman of the Great Creation Party, MP Fazil Mustafa.
According to him, many thousands of traders in subway stations, on so-called swap meets, start a business with shadow payments on rent, repairs, maintenance bureaucracy. For years they spend good money after bad, not as owners, and as a result find themselves with nothing.
He offered to put an end to arbitrariness by giving solution to the conflict with private traders in the legal framework. "There are existing laws , procedural rules are defined . Depriving entrepreneurs of their earnings, the state joins the ranks of the unemployed, then they also have to pay social security benefits. Instead of a show of force it is necessary to support the initiative and generally respect the rights of not only businessmen but also evicted homeowners," said the deputy.
According to him, the legal nihilism is fraught with unpredictable consequences. - 17D-

This figure, which includes reserves held by the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) and the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA), far exceeds the nation's external debt, which stands at a fraction of its reserves, specifically nearly 14 times less.
