Foreign tourists spend in Azerbaijan an average of $ 700-800 per visit

Responding to a question about Turan average cost of foreign tourists in Azerbaijan Ismiyev noted that their average costs within a single trip is $ 700-800 . The bulk of spending accounted for hotel services and catering .
Referring to the expansion of the hotel chain in Azerbaijan Culture and Tourism representative said that today continues to build 30-40 new hotel projects in Baku and regions .
"Prices of hotel rooms for tourist accommodation regulated by the market , and we can not interfere in the pricing of hotels ," stressed Ismiyev . He added that the segment is almost full five-star hotels , which is dominated by global hotel brands , and today there is a need for 3-4- star hotels.
In Azerbaijan on the basis of licenses there are more than 500 hotels and 200 travel agencies. - 08C-
