Gunay Sigorta is not going to leave the insurance market
The authorized capital of the insurance company Gunay Sigorta will reach 7.6 million manat. For a structure whose license was revoked by the Ministry of Finance recently due to the weak capitalization, it is a good foundation for the future.
According to the State Securities Committee (SSC), April 16 registered securities issue prospectus of Gunay Sigorta worth 1.2 million manat. The cost of each of the 1,200 shares is 1,000.
BSE will receive the package for placement on these days, Turan reported from the company. The registration number is AZ1001008346. The traditional placement underwriter is Tekhnika Capital Management.
This insurance company was founded in 1992 and provides services for 15 types of voluntary and compulsory insurance.
In 2008 it was granted a license for perpetual activity.
In August 2010, the Turkish co-owners of Gunay Anadolu Sigorta sold their stake in the local controlling stake holder, resulting in the word Anadolu “falling” from the name.
In 2011, the Finance Ministry suspended the license validity period of the structure, but then restored it.
The authorized capital of the company still makes 4.2 million manat. The founders of the company are Gunay Bank (65.4% of the shares) and two individuals. - 17D-
