In 2013 oil production in Russia increased by 1.2% and is expected to be 523 million tons, while gas production increased by 1.5% - up to 664 billion cub.m., Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said yesterday.
The power generation volume is equal to the last year’s level, Novak told Russia 24 TV channel.
According to the Central Dispatcher Department of the Fuel and Energy Complex, in 2012 Russia increased production by 1.3% up to 518 million tons, while export decreased by 1% and totaled 239.6 million tons.
