In Azerbaijan dominated regulated insurance
If up until this year, life insurance, as well as all of the insurance market of Azerbaijan, was dependent on compulsory types, the situation has changed. So, compulsory insurance against diseases and accidents at work in January-April, collected 12.46 million manat, the accumulative insurance - 12.75. In general, life insurance, including unpopular insurance incurable diseases (signed contracts for 8.65 million) collected 26.68 million manat.
The role of the locomotive takes corporate insurance, and at the individual level, the compulsory insurance still dominates. An example is a voluntary health insurance (VHI), against the background of cooperation with the state oil company "Pasha Sigorta" has become the undisputed leader. On it collected 34 million 378.57 thousand manats. For voluntary insurance (Hull) it collected 16 million AZN, mandatory liability insurance of vehicle owners to third parties (the new CTP) - 20.13 million manat, for property insurance against fire - 8.33 million manat, cargo insurance - 4.63 million manat, insurance of aircraft - 4.61 million
There is a shift in focus, even in the camp of the leaders in the background of the regulated insurance. Previously popular CASCO insurance and vehicle insurance aircraft gave way to a favorite species for the largest number of employees of state monopolies. Therefore it is not surprising that other types are far from the mentioned positions. In general, the amount of the insurance market of Azerbaijan (28 subsidiaries, net of reinsurance structures) until May 1 totaled 138 million 712.38 thousand manats. Growth for the year was 23 million or 16.5%.
The bulk of insurance premiums fell to voluntary insurance - 91.21 million manat. Without taking into account the aforementioned positions, insurance against accidents received a total 2.96 million manat, voluntary insurance of civil liability of owners of aircraft charges amounted to 1.62 million manat, insurance of vessels - 234.89 thsd AZN.
Voluntary insurance of civil liability of vehicle owners received 429.08 thsd manat, insurance for foreign travel - 448 thsd AZN, crop insurance - 267.8 thousand AZN, insurance of pets - 120.12 thsd manat, on other types of voluntary insurance - 638.61 thousand manats (most of the cases of fraud by employees).
Collected voluntary premiums were for general liability insurance - 1.87 million manat, employer's liability - 360.56 thousand manats, and professional liability - 253.2 thousand manats.
For compulsory insurance there was harvested 47.5 million manat, leading to an increase of 19 million in just one month. Of this (except for the said new CTP) compulsory military insurance collected 7 million 166.41 thousand manats for mandatory state insurance court officials and law enforcement - 3.99 million manat.
On compulsory insurance of property there was received 3.53 million manat on compulsory insurance of liability of owners of property - 129.54 thousand manats. - 17D -
