Insurance company "Xalq Sigorta" plans to increase its authorized share capital from 26 million to 28 million 382.3 million 451.5 thousand manats (7.67%).
According to the State Securities Committee (SSC), 14 May registered the issue prospectus, the shareholders decided to use this structure conversion method, bringing the nominal value of each of the 7 million 390 thousand shares from 3.57 to 3.85 manats.
Insurance company "Xalq Sigorta" was registered at the end of 2005. Actually it has been in operation since April 2006.
Its subsidiaries operate in Ganja, Sumgait and Zagatala. April 29, 2010 the company received a perpetual license for insurance activity.
The authorized capital of the company is 26 million 382.3 thousand manats.
The company provides services on 22 types of voluntary and 4 types of compulsory insurance. - 17D-
