Insurers Collect Over 312 Million Manats by September 1
From January to September 1, the premiums in the local insurance market (excluding only reinsurance company AzRe) totaled 312,840,000 manats (+10.4% to 1 September of the previous year), the head of the Association of Insurers of Azerbaijan (AIA) Orkhan Bayramov told the media today. This means that the State Insurance Supervision Service will soon publish a summary report on the market.
During this period of time the payments were at 116.16 million manats (+ 12.2%), i.e. the ratio was 37.1% (by 1 September of last year it was 36.6%). --17D-
