Joint Leasing Company raises capital by increasing the nominal value of shares
CJSC Joint Leasing Company increases its share capital by 560 million manat or 80% to 1.26 million manat.
Capitalization will be carried out by increasing the nominal value of 3.5 thousand ordinary registered book-entry shares from AZN 200 to AZN 360.
As the press service of the State Securities Committee, the appropriate avenue of conversion of shares of the company passed the state registration on Wednesday.
Recall that at the beginning of April this year the state registered the prospectus for 3.5 thousand ordinary registered uncertified shares of nominal value of AZN 200. According to the prospectus, the placement was closed. At full offering of the shares the share capital of Joint Leasing Company would reach 1.4 million manat.
Joint Leasing Company has 0operates from June 14, 2007 as the legal successor of the first leasing company in the country - Azerleasing. The shareholders are the British company DH Leasing Ltd (52.4%) and the International Bank of Azerbaijan (47.6%). - 15B -

Azerbaijan’s imports of animal and vegetable fats and oils climbed 23.9% by weight and 16.2% by value from January to September 2024, official data revealed. Despite the uptick in volume, the import cost of these products saw a decrease compared to the same period last year, with the cost per ton of vegetable oil falling by 6.1% to $1,199.6 in 2024, down from $1,278.6 in 2023.
