New standards for information and communication technologies are introduced.
According to the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, one of the points of the Action Plan adopted by an ad in the country in 2013 "The Year of ICT" is the preparation of uniform standards. Therefore, at present, work is underway to develop national standards for the biometrics (3), digital TV broadcasting (4) preparation of software products (2) terminology (2). The total number of developed national standards is 13.
The executors of the plan of activities carried out within the framework of the "Year of ICT" are the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, the State Agency for Human Services and Social Innovations under the President of Azerbaijan, as well as the State Committee on Standardization, Metrology and Patents. - 17D-
