JSC NIKOIL swallowed LLC Uralsib-Invest
The structure of shareholders of JSC NIKOIL Bank has changed. Now the bank has only three shareholders.
As it became known to Turan, LLC Uralsib-Invest, holder of a 9.05% stake in the bank, has decided to voluntarily liquidate and merge with closed joint stock investment company NIKOIL. After absorption share of JSC NIKOIL in the capital of NIKOIL Bank has reached 42.62 %.
Paid up share capital of NIKOIL Bank is 34.5 million manat. The aggregate capital of the bank at the beginning of this year amounted to 56.3 million manat. In 2013, the bank's profit amounted to 1.4706 million manat.
Both companies (LLC Uralsib-Invest and JSC NIKOIL) are legal entities of Azerbaijan. The authorized capital is 2,741,000 and 2,224,321 manats respectively. The Director of both companies is Zaur Abiyev. He is also a member of the Board of NIKOIL Bank.
Other shareholders of NIKOIL Bank CJSC are Topaz Investments Limited - 56.38% and ISR Holding - 1%. - 08B-
