Lithuanian company updated license
The Lithuanian JSC Garsu Pasaulis Azerbaijan has renewed the license to manufacture and sell all kinds of forms of securities. The license was issued on March 19 and the State Securities Committee provided information on March 28.
The previous license term expired in early January this year . Earlier it was reported that the Lithuanian producer secure printed products performed various orders of government agencies of Azerbaijan.
The license to manufacture and sell all kinds of forms of securities available for 5 years and the state fee for its reception is 5,500 manats.
Currently operating in Azerbaijan are 7 licenses for this activity. Four 4 licenses are at foreign companies, including two from Lithuania (JSC Garsu Pasaulis and JSC Ukmerges Spaustuve). The term of the licenses of the Kazakh, Ukrainian and Lithuanian companies expires within 9-12 months.
Azerbaijan securities are issued mainly in book-entry form. Also outstanding are certificates of deposit and housing certificates several issuers. Tobacco and alcoholic beverages are marked with special excise stamps. - 08D -
