Nakhchivan State Construction and Architecture Committee Received Economic Functions
In the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic of Azerbaijan there are processes difficult to explain in terms of the principles of the market economy and public administration. On February 6, the chairman of the Supreme Majlis Vasif Talibov issued a decree according to which government agencies charged with economic function.
In accordance with the decree, eliminated government construction and installation company Nakhchivan and its property and the city (district) administration handed self-financing under the authority of the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture. This step is justified desire for better management in the construction industry, has led to the fact that the staff of the central office of the State Committee of the autonomy has almost tripled - from 30 to 89 people.
The state construction company in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic was the main contractor for the project of the state order of civil engineering. The material and technical base of the company is periodically updated. Only in 2012 was purchased at the expense of budget autonomy of several units of construction equipment. The volume of capital construction in autonomy, the budget of which is subsidized by the state budget of Azerbaijan is annually several hundred million manat.
Note that a similar structure of the central executive authority on urban planning rid of repair and construction management of several years ago. These controls have been privatized. - 08B-
