New Energy conference to be held in Baku
The XIII professional conference “New Russia. New Energy” will take place in Baku from September 23 through September 25.
The conference is organized by the non-commercial partnership Council of Energy Producers.
“The conference will help to develop international ties in field of electric energy in the interests of the CIS member-states. The program of the conference includes the sessions on the urgent issues of thermal energy, fixing common demands to the energy system and the perspectives of electric energy development.”
The representatives of Russian state agencies, top managers and heads of the companies-members of the Council of Energy Producers, which unites all biggest thermal generating companies of Russia, will take part at the conference.--0—

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
