On April 24 will be held the annual general meeting of shareholders of the insurance company Baki Sigorta.
According to the report of the financial structure, the agenda included the financial statements for the past year and the issue of increasing the level of authorized capital to prevent financial risks.
Baki Sigorta began its activities from October 1, 2007. Its shareholders are 4 legal entities and 2 individuals. The authorized capital is 9 million 373.84 thousand manat.
Last year the company's premiums were at the level of 3 million 508.26 thousand manat with payments of 2 million 375.11 thousand manat. --17D-
