One of Shareholders of OJSC Expressbank Reorganized
The merger of Enerqoservis and Enerqokomplekt-F has been announced, with the termination of the latter one. The first one is one of the current shareholders of Expressbank.
Ltd. Enerqoservis continues to remain in the ranks of shareholders of Expressbank OJSC after the shareholder structure was reformed in 2008. Then the bank came under the control of Company ADOR (42%) and Azenco Group (40%). Moreover, since that time the company Enerqoservis despite repeated capital growth, increased presence in the bank from 17.06% to 17.69%.
The first registered office of the company Enerqoservis was the Agstafa district in the west of the country. Now it has changed the address for the opposite part of the country (Khachmaz city). The company is headquartered in Baku. The authorized capital is 4 million 970 thousand manats.
The company does not have a corporate website. Its owner is also unknown. The company is one of the suppliers of electricity facilities, electrical and household electrical appliances (Russia, Belarus, and Japan). -0--
