Pasha Bank Increased Its Net Profit 37.3%
JSC Pasha Bank in the first quarter of 2013 had a net profit of 6.26 million manat, which is 37.3% more than recorded a year earlier. The bank's earnings were equal to 15.46 million manat, and expenses - 9.19 million manat, increasing respectively by 15.1% and 3.4%.
The bank's assets as of April 1 of this year settled at 711.35 million manat. The volume of loans increased 7.49 million or 2.7% reaching to 288.38 million manat.
Deposit portfolio amounted to 432.26 million manat. Of these, 145.32 million manat fell to urgent client investments.
The total capital amounted to 163.49 million manat, and paid charter capital - AZN 157 million. - 15B -

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
