PASHA Hayat Sigorta to Pay Insurance to Victims and Families of Those Killed in December 4 Gunashli Platform №10 Accident
Insurance payments to the victims and families of those killed in the accident, which occurred on December 4 platform №10 on the Gunashli field will be carried out by PASHA Hayat Sigorta.
According to its information, it has already received 57 applications from various departments of SOCAR. The documents are relating to 30 victims of the accident and 27 injured.
According to the press-secretary of the company Elnur Huseynguliev, the insurer collects documents from various state structures of Azerbaijan to pay on the insurance case.
We recall the tragedy occurred on December 4 at 17:40 on the sea stationary platform №10 on the Gunashli field as a result of failure of a gas line. A criminal case was filed under article 225.2 of the Criminal Code (violation of fire safety rules, resulting in grave consequences). --17D-
