Privatized third kindergartens
State Committee on Property privatized 82 kindergartens and nurseries . This makes the third opened in August 2006 for the privatization of preschools.
According to a report on the progress SCP small privatization in 1996-2013, respectively, in 2007 it was privatized 63 of 240 open for denationalization of kindergartens and nurseries . Most privatized preschool institutions located in Baku. In 2010-2011, there was no privatized kindergarten. And in 2013, sold at auction was only one preschool.

This week, the Heydar Aliyev Foundation announced a new program of development of preschool educational institutions. A non-governmental organization headed by the wife of the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, funded in previous years the construction of the country 20 kindergartens and nurseries.
According to a fund monitoring on the territory of Baku city has 411 preschools . 345 of them state-owned, 54 belong to the private sector , the remaining 12 are at various companies and organizations . While 137 public kindergartens in need of major repairs. Currently, the state budget being renovated 35 of them.
According to the State Statistics Committee, on 1st January 2014, Azerbaijan has 1,637 public and 40 private preschools. Here are 112 thousand children, or 15% of children aged 1 to 5 years. - 08B-

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
