
Recorded a solid increase in authorized capital of Gala Hayat Sigorta
BAKU/22.01.14/TURAN : The insurance company Gala Hayat Sigorta increased the share capital by 693 thousand manats. The achievement is associated with a profit - to intensify in the regions , it increased premiums nearly doubled - from 6 to 10 + million manat .
According to the Ministry of Taxes , the increase was registered on January 16. Now with the increase in the volume of the share capital of the financial structure is 5 million 698 thousand manats.
Gala Hayat Sigorta has operated in the insurance market since the end of July 2008 on the basis of a license for a period of 5 years. At the end of July last year, the company, until 2011 called Gala Sigorta, received a perpetual license .
Holders of its shares are the reinsurance company AzRe ( 60%) and one individual - Nizami Makhmudov ( 40%).
Last year the financial structure has collected 10.07 million manat and paid for all cases 324.05 thousand manats. - 17D-
