Retained earnings of Euro-Asian Housing Corporation EVRASCON reached 117 million manats
In 2012, the net profit of Euro-Asian Housing Corporation EVRASCON, that until the summer of 2012 was known as Azerkorpu, was 6 342,2 thousand manats. At a June 30 the shareholders meeting decided to send to the development 97% of the profit.
According to the Management Board of JSC EVRASCON, at the beginning of the year retained earnings of the company reached 117 million manat in the authorized capital of 372.3 thousand manats. According to the shareholders that approved the annual financial report, each share is of face value of AZN 2 is supplied with capital in the amount of 623 manats.
In 2012 JSC EVRASCON was engaged in construction work on the project to build the Tahtakorpu-Jeyranbatan canal, the Velvelechay reservoir and hydroelectric power facility Takhtakerpu. Total work was performed for a total of more than 177 million manats. The volume of work performed for the construction of the Baku metro stations Bus and Ajami-2 was respectively 51.7 million and 30.9 million manat. On the commercial port in the Alat settlement of Baku in 2012, contract work was carried out in the amount of 18.8 million manat, and the reservoir Tovuzchay took 19.5 million manat.
