Rules of State Register of Securities Defined
The State Securities Committee approved the Rules of conducting the state register of securities, which came into force on February 12.
According to this document (http://goo.gl/1uiN6Q), the registry is arranged by the SSC and is its information resource. It is formed, maintained and used, based on the software "electronic state register of securities."
The register is replenished with securities and their additional issues and corrected with securities liquidation.
The following information is recorded in the registry:
- Issuers and prospectuses;
- Issue of shares and bonds;
- Registration bills, mortgage, mortgage-backed securities;
- Registration of real estate certificates issues;
- Depositary receipts.
According to the law "On the Securities Market", data made in the state register should be open to the public.
Note that the SSC still does not publish data from the state register of securities. -----08D
