Baku / 09.07.18 / Turan: President Ilham Aliyev has appointed Nazim Heyrulla Oglu Mammadov as Deputy Minister for Emergency Situations, the Ministry for Emergency Situations reports, https://goo.gl/hJKXAM.
Thus, now Minister Kemaleddin Heydarov has one first deputy and seven deputies. Although according to the provision on MES https://goo.gl/5yhMz9, the Minister can have six deputies.
Initially, the permanent head of this department had one first deputy and four deputies. In 2008, the number of deputies was increased to six.
The new Deputy Minister before this appointment was deputy chairman of the State Customs Committee (December 2007 - July 2018). The media writes that Nazim Mammadov was the personal chauffeur of Kemaleddin Heydarov in the State Customs Committee. 67-year-old N. Mammadov received a higher education of a lawyer at the age of 48 in the now liquidated university Tefekkur in Baku. ------08D--
