Stronger possibility of opposition to risks of insurance leader
The insurance company Pasha Sigorta plans to increase its authorized share capital from 35.5 million to 40 million manat (12.67%).
According to the State Securities Committee (SSC), May 7, registered the issue prospectus, the shareholders decided to use this structure conversion method, bringing the nominal value of each of the 40 million shares from 887.5 manats to 1,000 AZN.
The insurance company Pasha Sigorta, which belongs to Pasha Holding, has operated in the local insurance market since June 2006. The authorized capital of the company last year increased 5.5 million to 35.5 million manat.
The company is licensed to provide services for 31 types of insurance, of which 26 are voluntary and 5 are mandatory.
In January-March this year, Pasha Sigorta received a record 24 million 455.66 thousand manats, and paid 5 million 804.64 thousand manats. - 17D-
